Make a Difference in the Lives of At-Risk Youth

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Coach Counselor to join our team at Ft. Myers Academy, an affiliate of Rite of Passage. As a Night Coach Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral needs of our youth, helping them to develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to at-risk youth, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement behavior modification plans to promote positive change and reduce negative behaviors.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for our youth.
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to parents and guardians.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
  • Empathetic, patient, and respectful attitude towards others.
