Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat, troubleshoot product and training-related questions, and document issues in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients via multiple communication channels.
  • Document client issues in Salesforce and offer resolutions to ensure their success.
  • Stay current on Meevo product knowledge and internal business processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to type greater than 35 wpm.
  • Reliable internet service provider (ISP).
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per yearBenefits
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays.
  • Three weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) that begins accruing with every pay period from your very first day.
