Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Process customer orders, returns, and backorder requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM database.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years related prior work experience preferred.
- Intermediate to high level of PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
