Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at Edmund Optics. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and backorder requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM database.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years related prior work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to high level of PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and Email.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
