We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their reconstruction projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of reconstruction projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to secure satisfaction and completion documentation.
  • Facilitate pre-construction meetings to set clear expectations with clients.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate scheduling for subcontractors and material suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities.
  • Conduct site inspections to uphold quality standards.
  • Evaluate and rate subcontractors and vendors.
  • Coordinate necessary inspections with local authorities.
  • Identify and address any work outside the contracted scope.
  • Manage project schedules effectively, ensuring timely progress.
  • Document daily progress and provide weekly updates to clients.
  • Monitor customer payments in alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze contract documents.
  • Experience in preparing accurate project estimates.
  • Proficient in invoicing and financial documentation.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with subcontractors.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
