As a Clinical Therapist with Assured Family Services (JAC), you will play a vital role in assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating progress towards specific goals and objectives. You will work under the direction of the Supervisor and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective case management and caseload management.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions in accordance with professional standards.
- Collaborate with community agencies and parties to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary case staffing and utilize caseload management systems.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs.
- Assess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Master's level counselor/social worker degree.
- Experience providing individual therapy to diverse populations.
- Previous experience working with adults.
- Adequate transportation for frequent home visits.
- Valid driver's license and auto-insurance.
- Proof of registration and licensure within the defined area.
- Strong computer skills and effective communication (written and verbal).
