Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker/Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to adults and children from a family systems perspective, as well as offer clinical consultation and training to staff members and service providers.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Provide therapeutic services to adults and children from a family systems perspective.
- Offer clinical consultation and training to staff members and service providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective interventions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or Guidance & Counseling.
- Minimum of three years in evaluation assessment and therapeutic intervention, preferably with skills in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and substance use disorder counseling.
- Professional license or certification such as Limited License in Psychology, Certified Social Worker, LPC/LLPC, or Guidance & Counseling. CADC or CAADC certification is a plus.
- Reliable vehicle needed for home visits and transporting individuals and families. Valid Michigan Driver's License required.
- Clearance: Must pass MDHHS Central Registry and State Police Record checks, negative TB test, and physical examination.
