Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to a Partner specializing in various litigation areas, including business, commercial, personal injury, and healthcare.
  • Conduct legal research, perform legal analysis, manage eFiling (Federal + State), assist with case management, trial preparation, document drafting, client communication, calendar oversight, and deadline monitoring.
  • Execute thorough legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory matters.
  • Aid in the examination of intricate legal challenges associated with business, commercial, product liability, healthcare, personal injury, and professional discipline litigation.
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
  • Draft and prepare various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Review, proofread, and edit legal documents to ensure precision and completeness.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
