Galli Law, PLLC is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to support our team in all phases of the litigation process.

This is a full-time FLSA exempt position that requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, a thorough understanding of civil litigation practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
  • Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout all litigation stages.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
  • Draft correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Support attorneys in case strategy and organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases and tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and rules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
