Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Manage both new and renewal insurance accounts.
  • Possession of a Property/Casualty insurance license is required, or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
  • Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies.
  • Maintain accurate company-specific rates and documentation for carriers lacking online resources.
  • Review all downloaded transactions from carriers for precision and manage invoicing processes.
  • Establish and uphold confidential records and files.
  • Efficiently handle renewals, endorsements, change requests, claims, and premium deposits.
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
