Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Manage both new and renewal insurance accounts.
- Possession of a Property/Casualty insurance license is required, or willingness to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
- Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies.
- Maintain accurate company-specific rates and documentation for carriers lacking online resources.
- Review all downloaded transactions from carriers for precision and manage invoicing processes.
- Establish and uphold confidential records and files.
- Efficiently handle renewals, endorsements, change requests, claims, and premium deposits.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
