- 7+ years of experience in commercial banking, with a focus on middle market relationships.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships in the Santa Barbara and Ventura, CA market.
Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this position is $110,483 to $165,725, with additional incentives and benefits available.
