Key Responsibilities:- Implement HSSE strategic objectives and ensure their operational relevance.
- Manage and mitigate operational risks by offering guidance on health and safety risk management at all levels.
- Provide expert advice on pertinent HSSE matters and communicate changes in legislation affecting service delivery and client occupancy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current legislation.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and assist the account team in finding practical, cost-effective solutions for HSSE risks.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Client Global Risk Control Standards through effective risk assessments.
- Oversee incident and accident investigations.
- Develop and maintain a robust HSSE communication plan for the account.
- Formulate and execute an account strategy aligned with the One Team S.A.F.E.R. Together initiatives.
- Promote a Culture of Safety across the account.
- Lead, manage, and nurture the regional HSSE teams to ensure effective operational HSSE management.
- Support Regional HSSE leads in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively manage client relationships to meet expected service levels.
- Deliver exceptional service quality, as evidenced by client feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Teams, organizations, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure third-party vendors comply with JLL and HSSE Standards consistently.
- Monitor Account CPIs and KRIs, ensuring metrics are maintained and shared with clients and Account Leadership.
- Participate actively in Account leadership meetings.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of JLL Global HSSE operational controls, ensuring adherence to HSSE obligations and aspirations.
- Drive the creation of best practice HSSE training programs and resources.
- Implement HSSE strategies and protocols for the safety performance of JLL's contractors and supply chain vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE regulatory responsibilities and best practices, including managing changes related to new and revised legislation.
- Support the management of assurance for the HSSE program while facilitating growth strategies related to Client, JLL, and industry standards.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of HSSE management experience within Operational Management systems, particularly with corporate clients.
- Recognized Professional HSSE qualifications and memberships.
- Experience in management system development, implementation, and auditing.
- A deep understanding of the HSSE regulatory landscape in major markets.
- Experience managing a large team.
- Practical knowledge of contemporary tools and techniques in a real estate context and risk management across a complex multi-site property portfolio.
- Significant experience in resolving HSSE issues in dynamic environments and implementing risk control systems.
- An agile leadership style and stakeholder management skills, capable of operating effectively in a matrix structure.
- A strong focus on goals and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to coach and educate at all levels.
Compensation: The estimated total compensation range for this position is between 100,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per year.
