We're Seeking a Skilled Bookkeeper
As we continue to grow, we need a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting both our retail operations and service department.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and analyze general ledger entries, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
- Generate financial statements and reports to provide insights into our financial performance.
- Process payroll transactions and maintain accurate employee records.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within the automotive industry. You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and software applications, including QuickBooks Online. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
