As a Inside Sales Representative at CKD USA Corporation, you will play a crucial role in maintaining daily customer support and inside sales activities for assigned territories. About the Job:
This position involves assisting customers with product specification information, general quotations, order entry, and purchase order verification. You will also be responsible for supporting the sales team by responding to inquiries and requests, communicating with customers and sales staff, running reports, and shipping notifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational skill, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce timely quotations for product inquiries while confirming product availability, part number accuracy, and customer-specific discounting.
* Verify and enter all incoming orders with previous quote history, including price, lead time, delivery schedule, and purchase order verifications.
* Provide delivery control as required by customers using all available tools.
* Offer basic technical support to customers, such as product specification, repair part recommendations, part number verification/identification, and other requests as needed.
* Assist the sales team by responding to requests for reports, inventory inquiries, shipping notifications, and customer communication in a timely manner.
* Ensure that customers receive the requested information or are directed to an employee who can help them with their request.
* Communicate with CKD overseas regarding product expedites, custom part verifications, custom products, and pricing.

Requirements:
* 2-3 years of inside sales or customer support/service experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Standard computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Experience with Dynamics or other Enterprise Resource Planning software is a plus.
* Ability to work well in a team and/or individually.
* Effective collaboration with a multi-national team.

Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and average salaries for similar positions in the United States.
