Orthodontics Patient Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Orthodontics Patient Coordinator to join our team at Great Expressions Dental Centers. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and third-party stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of patient needs.
- Process patient payments, manage insurance claims, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and optimal scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive and professional environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental office or customer service role.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional patient service and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using dental practice management software and general office applications.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
