Healthcare Coordinator

In-Clinic Rx, a pharmacist collective offering clinical services inside medical facilities, is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate patient care activities. This role involves scheduling appointments for consultations and vaccinations, administering vaccines under pharmacists' supervision, and supporting remote patient monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments for pharmacist consultations and vaccination services.
- Administer various vaccines under the supervision of pharmacists.
- Support the implementation and management of our remote patient monitoring program.
- Perform basic patient assessments and record vital signs.
- Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and vaccines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with vaccination administration preferred.
- Knowledge of remote patient monitoring technologies is beneficial.
- Estimated salary: $65,000 per year.
