We work to improve compliance and better patient outcomes while increasing a clinic and pharmacy's bottom line.

**Job Description**

The Patient Care Coordinator Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their treatment journey.

This role requires a highly organized and compassionate individual who can engage with patients in a warm and approachable manner.

Duties:

  • Provide medical administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, and managing patient records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all information is current and complete.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical terminology and apply this knowledge to coordinate patient care.
  • Manage patient communication, including phone calls and in-person conversations.
  • Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.

Experience: A minimum of $16.00 per hour salary and 40 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical environment.
  • Proven experience in medical administrative support, including patient scheduling and record management.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
