As an Identity Management Lab Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to establish and oversee a laboratory setting dedicated to testing and showcasing various scenarios related to Identity and Access Management.

This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will develop integrations that assist the Product Marketing teams in assessing rival products, identifying opportunities for the client to provide top-tier solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain diverse lab environments.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements for designing and executing lab solutions.
  • Evaluate and document service limitations and their impact on end users.
  • Conduct tests on schema extensions, application integrations, object limitations, roles and permissions, access policies, as well as API request limitations and throttling.
  • Offer network administration and support for various lab environments.
  • Engage in hands-on technical implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient knowledge in Identity & Access Management and related product offerings.
  • In-depth expertise in Microsoft Solutions:
    Active Directory, AD Certificate Services, AD Federated Services, Azure AD (Entra Identity), Azure AD Domain Services.
  • Experience in configuring Hybrid Identity (cloud + on-premises).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft O365/M365 management and configuration.
  • Experience with Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of Identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM).
  • Experience with Endpoint Management systems (SCCM, Intune, Jamf, VMware) for all device types; installation and configuration of desktops and servers on both physical and virtual machines.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration (DNS, Networking, File Services, DHCP).
  • Ability to manage on-premises networks: Subnets, VPNs, Firewalls.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP IaaS.
