About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Single Sign-On (SSO) Information Security Engineer to design, deploy, manage, and support production operations for Single Sign-On applications, including Okta, Ping, Azure AD, HYPR, and Siteminder. The engineer will handle incident, change, and problem management issues with Single Sign-On applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in end-user facing incident response activities for moderately complex events
  • Conduct technical investigations of end-user related incidents and post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend future mitigation strategies
  • Provide security consulting on medium projects for internal clients to ensure conformity with corporate information security policy and standards
  • Design, document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for moderately complex IAM solutions related to authentication and directory services
  • Provide vulnerability and patch management for Windows and Linux-based systems
  • Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry-leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security, including availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience in installing and managing Ping, Siteminder, Azure AD, and/or Okta application or any other Single Sign-on products
  • Experience in handling incident, change, and problem management issues
  • Advanced technical expertise in integrating applications with Ping, Siteminder, Azure AD, and/or Okta application or any other Single Sign-on products
  • Ability to design and implement complex IAM solutions
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with SAML and/or OAUTH integrations
  • Azure AD Certification
Work Environment:

On-call production support 1 week in every 4-6 weeks from 9AM-9PM ET

Expected to be in office three days a week

100% remote work option is not available
