Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Construction Coordination
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working collaboratively across departments
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Suite (Excel and Outlook), Adobe, and familiarity with Smartsheet is advantageous
  • Experience with Polaris 2 is a plus
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and engage with the team
