About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Support team. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their operational parameters and troubleshooting processes.
  • Utilize technical skills to solve complex support issues and technical challenges.
  • Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development.
  • Improve customer capabilities by running workshops, operations, and architecture reviews.
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and driving efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, or applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • Experience in technical engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Professional fluency in English and Italian.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
  • Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
