Key Responsibilities- Coordinate electrical design team efforts on large institutional/industrial projects, ensuring timely completion of schematic design development and contract document phases.
- Establish and participate in reviews with governing agencies to ensure code compliance.
- Conduct site work sessions with the Project Manager and other disciplines to review electrical documents and identify areas of conflict.
- Write and edit electrical specifications, select equipment, and coordinate with affected disciplines to incorporate changes into project documents.
- Provide construction contract administration as needed and conduct QA/QC on the work of other Electrical Engineers, Electrical Coordinators, or Technicians.
- 4 years of design and construction experience.
- Experience in identifying electrical hazards and implementing safe work practices.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time-critical project schedules.
