The Responsibilities
As Therapy Team Lead at Alsana, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage our multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and trust. You'll ensure seamless coordination between departments, implement new policies, and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders. You'll also spearhead regular team-building activities, facilitate workshops, and encourage peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. Moreover, you'll guide the development of employees through mentorship, feedback, and goal-setting exercises to foster long-term career growth.
