Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment. Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule. Communicate to therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities.QualificationsLicense/Certification: CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise). Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
