Montessori School Administrator

Splendor Bilingual Montessori Preschool is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our educational program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Montessori pedagogy and education excellence, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive educational program.
- Collaborate with the Principal to ensure successful program implementation.
- Mentor and support teaching staff to achieve high-quality educational outcomes.
- Oversee the management of the school's budget and finances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Master's degree in education or business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Preschool teaching experience preferred.
- AMS or AMI Teaching/Administration Credential preferred.
