Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
  • Ensure adequate supply of equipment, utensils, and cleaning materials throughout the shift.
  • Perform side work and deep cleaning duties as assigned, including cleaning and inspecting dish machines and other equipment.
  • Assist with stocking deliveries and rotating perishable stock in accordance with standards.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests and team members, addressing complaints and requests in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe, lift, and grab.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Excellent guest service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
