Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and prioritize patient needs.
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide expert clinical guidance to nursing staff, promote evidence-based practice, and stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field.
  • Education and Consultation: Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff, patients, and families, and provide consultation services to healthcare professionals and organizations.

Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in nursing (clinical-based degree) and national certification in advanced practice nursing specialty.

  • Skills: Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
