Job Title: Director of Operations

At Pepper's Personal Assistants, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient functioning of our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership and direction to our operations team, empowering them to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Hiring and Onboarding: Collaborate with our HR team to recruit and onboard top talent, ensuring a seamless integration of new hires into our team.
  • Employee Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, providing coaching, mentorship, and training opportunities to our team members.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting clear goals to drive individual and team performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Client Relations: Collaborate with our Client Services team to manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the service industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record in hiring, coaching, and developing teams; strong leadership and communication skills; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $110,000 DOE
