Maintenance Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance activities to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize resource allocation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
