Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand member relationships, promoting all retail products and services.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
- Meet and exceed sales expectations, achieving high levels of sales performance.
- Participate in promotions, contests, and other departmental activities to support team goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
- At least three years of similar or related experience, or 12 months in a successful MSA role.
- High energy and sales ability, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments, and organize work efficiently.
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with proficiency in related computer applications.
- Proven relationship building skills and techniques, with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to maintain composure and problem-solve as needed.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to be bondable and registered pursuant to requirements of the S.A.F.E Act.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31.72, with a monthly incentive opportunity.
