Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Consultant to join our team at GreenState Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand member relationships, promoting all retail products and services.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all credit union accounts and products.
  • Meet and exceed sales expectations, achieving high levels of sales performance.
  • Participate in promotions, contests, and other departmental activities to support team goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the team.
Requirements
  • At least three years of similar or related experience, or 12 months in a successful MSA role.
  • High energy and sales ability, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize work assignments, and organize work efficiently.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with proficiency in related computer applications.
  • Proven relationship building skills and techniques, with the ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to maintain composure and problem-solve as needed.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to be bondable and registered pursuant to requirements of the S.A.F.E Act.
