Job Description

An Associate Real Estate Agent plays a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complex process of buying and selling homes. As a key resource, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their real estate journey. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their real estate goals.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a creative and innovative thinker with a passion for real estate. Strong communication skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients are essential to success in this role.

Real Estate Professionals have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on their performance. As you complete transactions and build your client base, your earning potential will increase. With dedication and hard work, it's not uncommon for Real Estate Agents to earn $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.Job Responsibilities
  • Network with other real estate professionals to market your home listings.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market to stay informed about current home listings and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on a regular basis and answer their questions.
  • Represent clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
  • Show a desire to build connections, trust, and manage long-term relationships with individuals.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
