The Fraud Prevention Specialist will be a vital member of the Remote Fraud Support team, dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of transactions. This role involves working collaboratively with various teams to address and resolve potential fraud alerts.

Work Schedule:

Team members will operate on a structured schedule, with options for both morning and evening shifts, ensuring comprehensive coverage throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in inbound and outbound communications, managing ticket creation and oversight.
  • Assist in evaluating transactional alerts for potential fraudulent activity.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for clients encountering issues with retail applications.
  • Act as a liaison between the Fraud Support Center and other business units.
  • Document interactions and resolutions in accordance with company standards.
  • Conduct thorough research to facilitate effective resolutions or escalations.
