Work Schedule:Team members will operate on a structured schedule, with options for both morning and evening shifts, ensuring comprehensive coverage throughout the week.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage in inbound and outbound communications, managing ticket creation and oversight.
- Assist in evaluating transactional alerts for potential fraudulent activity.
- Provide troubleshooting support for clients encountering issues with retail applications.
- Act as a liaison between the Fraud Support Center and other business units.
- Document interactions and resolutions in accordance with company standards.
- Conduct thorough research to facilitate effective resolutions or escalations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
- Experience in fraud detection and prevention.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
