Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Benefits Manager to join our team at First Search Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ADP payroll and tax systems, developing and maintaining payroll policies, processes, and guidelines, overseeing monthly billings, and cultivating partnerships with benefits providers.

This role also involves administering benefits programs to ensure relevance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry trends and practices, educating and training employees on benefit and payroll matters, and creating communication materials for 401(k) plans.

In addition, the Payroll Benefits Manager will oversee payroll administration and time management processes, ensure statutory requirements and government regulations compliance, manage statutory submissions, payments, and government claims processing, and develop reports on manpower costs and performance appraisals.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in any field, 10-15 years of relevant payroll experience, strong knowledge of HR trends, labor legislation, compensation programs, and Georgia income taxes, proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and extensive experience in data analysis and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, and a competitive 401(k) plan.
