Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor all employee onboarding and compliance functions
  • Maintain an industry-leading training program
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance standards, best practice guidelines, and customer service metrics are met
  • Develop new training curriculum and feedback tools
  • Understand DDD funding source training and compliance requirements
  • Design, document, and enforce policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance and best practices are met within the department
Requirements
  • G.E.D. or HS Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of training experience as it pertains to the Division of Developmental Disabilities requirements
  • At least 2 years of successful Supervisory experience
  • At least 2 years of related experience in a complex administrative support role
  • Excellent computer and technical skills
  • Must have your own reliable transportation and be able to travel regularly to AZA United's office and clinic locations throughout Maricopa County
  • Must be able to obtain an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, provide proof of car insurance/registration, and meet other hiring requirements
