About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team at PartnerHero. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver interactive and engaging training courses for our Remote Assistance Advisors (RAA) program.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, develop curriculum, and manage all phases of training interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs that align with our company's core values.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including instructional design tools and documentation.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff and management to ensure effective training delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in instructional design, training delivery, and program management.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and ability to apply them in training programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
