About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arizona Autism United as a Training and Compliance Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all employee onboarding and compliance functions, as well as maintaining an industry-leading training program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance standards, best practice guidelines, and customer service metrics are met.
  • Develop, monitor, and support assigned staff.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training for assigned employees.
  • Oversee the work of all assigned employees to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Ensure that all procedures are kept current and documented in a way that can be easily understood and implemented by others.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of training experience as it pertains to the Division of Developmental Disabilities requirements.
  • At least 2 years of successful supervisory experience.
  • Excellent computer and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and ability to work in multiple databases and systems.
