Program Administrator-Part Time Assistant

This role involves supporting the department, student, faculty, and staff by performing various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include processing reimbursements, overseeing department social media, and maintaining communication with our audiences. Additionally, the successful candidate will create and promote events, deadlines via email, respond to inquiries from current and prospective students, and collaborate with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new faculty through the onboarding process
• Create syllabi shell templates and distribute to adjunct faculty
• Process invoices for services through iBuy
• Guide and process faculty and staff through the travel and expense reconciliation process
• Oversee and assist with room reservations and faculty and staff events
• Draft social media posts and assist with faculty payment entries
• Scheduling and sending departmental communications via EMMA, Gmail, and other platforms
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and flexible in working across teams and stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented and able to work independently
• Reliable and accountable for the quality of work
• Self-starter who is able to work independently
• Must be in good academic standing
• Sensitive to diverse populations
• Able to handle confidential/sensitive data with discretion and use various systems and platforms
