Mental Health Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Program Manager to join our team at Gads Hill Center. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of mental health services for children and adolescents in Chicago's west and southwest sides.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience and prior supervisory experience. You should be licensed in Illinois as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT and have experience working in school-based programs with children and adolescents.
In this role, you will supervise a team of mental health interns and clinicians, ensuring high-quality bilingual and culturally competent clinical services. You will also build effective communication with schools and across GHC departments, overseeing administrative activities such as quality assurance, compliance, reports, fiscal accountability, training, and client and stakeholder relationships.
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
