Nurse Manager of Diabetic-Endocrine-Medical Surgery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Diabetic-Endocrine-Medical Surgery team at Medical City Dallas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of nursing professionals to deliver exceptional care
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
- Manage departmental budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a hospital setting
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider certification
