We are in search of a Senior Project Manager to oversee significant construction initiatives from inception to completion. Your proficiency will ensure projects are executed with excellence across all stages. Your ability to lead and communicate effectively will be vital in cultivating strong partnerships and guiding the project team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive Major Projects: Initiate and lead new project endeavors, encompassing proposal crafting, scheduling, and cost assessment. Your leadership will enhance business growth and influence future projects.
- Innovate Project Execution: Pave the way in advanced project delivery techniques, including design-build and design-assist, transforming project execution methodologies.
- Manage the Bidding Process: Oversee the bidding process meticulously, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all details and proactive risk management, setting benchmarks for precision.
- Expertise in Estimation: Utilize your skills in conceptual estimation and unit pricing to create and manage thorough estimates that steer project success.

- Lead Project Management: Supervise all facets of project management, including estimation, procurement, budgeting, and financial oversight, tackling challenges with proactive solutions.

- Foster Strong Relationships: Build enduring connections with project teams, clients, design professionals, and subcontractors, leading collaborative success in project activities.
- Optimize Resource Utilization: Implement construction technologies, sustainable practices, and lean methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate On-Site: Work closely with site supervisors and field management to streamline operations and address on-site challenges.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Guide and nurture project personnel, focusing on their professional growth and inspiring high-caliber talent through effective leadership.
- Promote Organizational Culture: Uphold the company's values and standards with integrity, fostering a positive and ethical workplace.
- Advocate for Safety: Champion the organization's safety culture, contribute to safety policy formulation, and engage actively in safety discussions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience & Impact: A minimum of 10 years of progressive construction experience in the Advanced Technology sector, demonstrating a successful track record in managing diverse projects and clients.
- Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as OSHA 10, LEED AP, and/or DBIA are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and estimating software.
- Leadership Qualities: Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.
- Proven Achievements: A history of success in construction and project management, particularly in science and technology initiatives.
