**Join Our Team:** As a Senior Staff Engineer, Software, you will be responsible for leading and directing the efforts of globally located development teams. You will lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers to allow for skill and knowledge development through advice, coaching, career planning and training opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Direct the efforts of globally located development teams.
  • Mentor and train Software Engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and product management to determine software solution requirements.
  • Manage the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multi-geography, distributed teams.

**Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or a related field of study.

**Experience Requirements:

Minimum Years of Experience
  • 6 years of experience as a Software Developer, Program Analyst or a related occupation.

**Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:

Master's Degree and Experience
  • Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field of study and 4 years of experience as a Software Developer, Program Analyst or a related occupation.

**Preferred Skills:

Technical Skills
  • .NET and C#;
  • Agile and Iterative methodologies;
  • Developing and implementing large software systems;
  • AWS or similar cloud platform;
  • Integrating distributed computing environments with the Cloud;
  • API design, including versioning, isolation and micro-services;
  • REST APIs;
  • Designing and documenting internal and external (commercial) APIs using API documentation frameworks;
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams and Multi-geography, distributed teams;
  • Software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
