Job Overview:

Position:
This is a full-time, long-haul driving role requiring a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a Tanker endorsement. Candidates must obtain a Hazardous Materials endorsement within 60 days of employment. Availability for weekends, nights, and holidays is essential to ensure timely deliveries. Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package and accrue paid vacation.

Job Responsibilities:

The driver is expected to effectively plan trips, considering breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, and various driving conditions, including urban and rural environments. Equipment may consist of semi-trucks, tank trailers, dry vans, pneumatic, intermodal, and flatbeds. The primary trailers are smooth bore tanks.

Responsibilities also include:
- Safely and efficiently loading and unloading products in accordance with company and customer specifications.
- Managing fluctuating weekly mileages.

Essential Functions:
The individual must adhere to all relevant government, company, and customer policies and regulations, including but not limited to FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable over-the-road or local tractor-trailer experience within the last seven years.
  • Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement is mandatory (Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment if not already held).
  • Commitment to a zero-injury culture and adherence to company safety protocols.
  • Consistent and punctual attendance.
  • No more than one chargeable accident in the past three years.
  • No more than one moving violation in the past three years.
Completion of a DOT physical, drug screening, and skills assessment is required.
