Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at SSM Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team in the Short Stay Unit.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize leadership skills to coordinate and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
