Event Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Tri-State Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events and fundraising campaigns to support the hospital's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, speaker scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are kept within limits.
  • Communication: Liaise with stakeholders, including hospital leadership, community leaders, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and fundraising campaigns through various channels.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support event execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or event management.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in event planning, fundraising, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
