Job Title: General Manager

Arcis Golf is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead the operations of The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing golf courses, food and beverage operations, and sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and direct all departments to achieve goals and maintain strong working relationships.
  2. Partner with Corporate Revenue, Sales and Marketing teams to create and execute programming, marketing plans, sales and pricing strategies.
  3. Create and execute short-term and long-term operational and financial plans for the club.
  4. Responsible for the selection, development, leadership, and retention of talented staff.
  5. Ensure compliance with national programs and monitor forecast and results on a daily/weekly basis.
  6. Ensure staff provides excellent guest service and reviews guest and member surveys and feedback.
  7. Ensure the golf course is in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in the golf, service, or hospitality industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
  5. Ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  7. Effectively builds strong relationships, leads, and develops a team.
