Responsibilities:
  • Lead collaboration projects with key customers to design solutions and navigate conversations within the pharma and biotech industry.
  • Provide technical support to address customer challenges and on-market issues, offering tailored solutions and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Generate and analyze application data to demonstrate product performance and capabilities based on input from Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Manage the generation of external generated applications data, including benchmarking studies of competitive offerings.
  • Produce high-quality application notes and technical documents highlighting product applications and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, science) required; Master preferred.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Shown ability to influence and lead convincingly, driving cross-functional teams to succeed in challenging and ambiguous situations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization and working directly with customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
