Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Property Condition Assessor to complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget. The successful candidate will work on Property Condition Assessments as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct project research, including historical and regulatory aspects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and site representatives
  • Perform site reconnaissance and data compilation
  • Author technical reports and prepare supporting documents
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure project progress and milestones are met
  • Identify and resolve project issues
  • Deliver progress reports and recommendations to the Project Manager and clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a physical science or engineering discipline
  • Relevant experience in environmental or engineering consulting
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license
  • 2+ years of experience in Property Condition Assessments or Facilities Condition Assessments
Compensation

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
