Job Responsibilities

Key Duties:

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation needs with the Chef.
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
  • Maintain daily production logs and waste records, ensuring quality through taste testing.
  • Operate and sanitize kitchen equipment following departmental protocols.
  • Store, label, and date all food items in compliance with safety standards.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports as required.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean working environment.
  • Take customer orders and prepare items that require minimal preparation time.
  • Serve customers promptly and courteously at various service stations.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to guarantee quality and portion control.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
