Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
  • Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential
  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
