Contract Duration: 12 Months
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the objectives of the Communications Division. This division is responsible for crafting and executing communication strategies that engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and refine communication strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Create, review, and edit various communication materials, ensuring a cohesive multi-channel approach.
- Attend meetings to represent the Communications Division, providing insights and updates to leadership.
- Draft and edit internal communication plans, as well as content for various platforms including websites and promotional materials.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure clarity and accuracy in all communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the division's objectives.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing effective communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating digital content.
Application Requirements:
Two writing samples are required, which may include a communication plan, a client announcement, or an internal communication regarding project updates.
