Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates must possess strong relationship building skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience with evidence of being a strong leader
  • Experience in training, stating expectations for employees and measuring their progress
  • Current Florida Nursing license
  • Familiar with ACHA regulatory requirements for Assisted Living Facilities
